This Agreement sets the terms and conditions for access and use of Gym&Go locations and services. By purchasing a pass, package, or making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1.1 Access to Gym&Go locations is granted exclusively through:
Single Reservations (Flex Pass – Pay As You Go)
Prepaid Packages (Essence, Momentum, Double/Duo), valid as detailed on the official website.
1.2 All access is personal, non-transferable, and requires uploading a copy of a valid ID card (CI) for each reservation.
1.3 Access is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and above. Reservations made by minors will be automatically canceled without refund.
2.1 Reservations can be made only through your personal account on www.gymandgo.ro.
2.2 Reservations can be canceled up to 3 hours before the scheduled session time.
2.3 Failure to cancel on time or absence from the reserved session (“no show”) results in the forfeiture of that session from the active package, without any refund.
3.1 Simultaneous access for more than one person is permitted only under the Double/Duo package, allowing a maximum of 2 persons.
3.2 Any attempt at unauthorized group access (more than 2 persons or without a valid package) will result in immediate account suspension and cancellation of all reservations, without refund.
4.1 The use of equipment and participation in activities within Gym&Go premises is undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk.
4.2 Users are required to be in excellent physical and mental health. Gym&Go assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, medical condition worsening, or other consequences arising from activities at its locations.
4.3 It is strongly recommended that users consult a medical professional before starting any physical activity.
4.4 Gym&Go bears no responsibility for incidents caused by improper equipment use, failure to follow provided instructions, lack of medical evaluation, or any other cause attributable to the user.
5.1 Gym&Go provides free training sessions on proper equipment use, delivered by specialized staff. Participation requires prior enrollment and is subject to availability.
5.2 Any equipment damage, malfunction, or incident must be reported immediately to Gym&Go staff.
5.3 Theft or intentional damage of property is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
6.1 Gym&Go reserves the right to modify:
Reservation terms,
Pricing and package structures,
Location schedules and session availability.
6.2 Any such modifications will be announced via the website and/or email, with at least 5 business days’ notice before they take effect.
7.1 In accordance with Art. 5 para. (4) of Law 333/2003 and GDPR, Gym&Go locations are under 24/7 video surveillance exclusively in the entrance lobby, for access verification and property security.
7.2 Cameras are strictly prohibited in workout areas, locker rooms, or any private spaces.
7.3 Video recordings are retained for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
7.4 Any changes to the surveillance system will be communicated to users at least 30 days prior to implementation.
8.1 Breaches of this Agreement or Gym&Go’s rules may result in:
Issuance of an official warning,
Suspension or cancellation of access, packages, or memberships, without refund,
Referral to authorities in cases of serious misconduct (e.g., theft, vandalism).
