Each session gives you full access to the studio, where you have complete control over the environment—from music and temperature to the pace of your workout. The studio is equipped with smart equipment and hundreds of guided programs, tailored to any fitness level, whether you train on your own or with a coach.

The fact that everything is fresh and clean every time I get there, that regardless of the high temperatures outside, the temperature inside the gym is perfect... during my workout on the famous AI machine, all that's left for me to do is bring my willpower and spend those 80 minutes productively. The gym is equipped with 2 smart machines that have a lot of programs, and honestly, you don't even need a personal trainer anymore, but if you had one, you can comfortably bring them with you to the gym. I am super happy that Gym&Go exists! I've tried going to 3 different gyms before and... honestly, I just paid for the membership for nothing 😀 I didn't feel comfortable at all, I felt like everyone was staring at me and seeing how awkward I was 😳. At Gym&Go, things are different: you have privacy, you feel relaxed, and that matters enormously for a woman! Moreover, I can go with my 'little boy', Darius, who is actually a teenager, and this way I accomplish 2 things at once: I motivate him to come to the gym, and I get to train my mom body too. A gym where you feel good, where you can film yourself freely if you want to, you can dance, do cardio, hit the treadmill, lift weights... whatever you want! This is a sincere recommendation for all women and moms living near Ivory Residence or Pipera, and beyond.
