1.1 Access to Gym&Go premises is permitted exclusively to users holding a valid reservation made through the official platform www.gymandgo.ro, either via a single access pass (Flex Pass) or an active subscription/package, under the conditions specified in the applicable Terms & Conditions.
1.2 Access is strictly individual and non-transferable, conducted through a unique PIN code, automatically generated and sent exclusively to the account holder’s email address.
1.3 Sharing, disclosing, or using the PIN code by third parties constitutes a serious breach of usage rules and may result in immediate suspension of access, account blocking, and/or package cancellation without refund.
1.4 Users are responsible for the security and confidentiality of their access credentials and must comply with all applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
2.1 The operating hours of each Gym&Go location are publicly communicated, regularly updated, and permanently available on the official website www.gymandgo.ro under each location’s dedicated page.
2.2 Gym&Go reserves the right to modify operating hours or temporarily suspend access to certain locations, with prior notice to users by email and/or online platform display.
2.3 Such changes may arise due to operational, maintenance, or force majeure reasons, or in compliance with applicable legal regulations.
3.1 Users are required to adhere to a civilized and responsible code of conduct, respecting common decency and social coexistence norms while inside Gym&Go.
3.2 Aggressive behavior, vulgar language, threats, harassment, or discrimination towards other users or Gym&Go staff are strictly prohibited.
3.3 Users must respect quiet hours within the facility, avoid playing loud music, or creating any noise disturbances that could disrupt the activities of others. Maintaining a calm and respectful environment is essential for everyone’s safety and comfort.
3.4 Commercial activities, including paid personal training sessions, are only permitted with the prior written approval of Gym&Go.
3.5 The consumption of alcohol, smoking, and use of any prohibited substances are strictly forbidden in all Gym&Go spaces.
4.1 Access to the training rooms is allowed only to users who are properly dressed in clean, appropriate sportswear.
4.2 The use of a personal towel on fitness equipment is mandatory to maintain hygiene and protect the equipment.
4.3 After use, users are required to disinfect equipment with the provided solutions and return it to its designated place, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all.
5.1 Lockers are provided for users during their reserved time, depending on the capacity and organization of each location.
5.2 Storing personal items outside the reserved time slot is strictly prohibited.
5.3 Gym&Go is not responsible for the loss, theft, damage, or any other harm caused to users’ personal belongings. Users are strongly advised to use the secured storage areas and keep valuable items in their own custody.
6.1 Gym&Go does not provide private or dedicated parking spaces for members.
6.2 Users are responsible for finding and using public or private parking available near the locations, in accordance with traffic laws and local regulations.
7.1 Violation of the provisions of this Internal Regulation may result in:
Issuance of an official warning sent by email,
Temporary or permanent suspension of access to reservations and/or Gym&Go locations,
Cancellation of the package/subscription without refund,
In severe or repeated cases, reporting to the competent authorities for legal action.
8.1 In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 319/2006 on occupational health and safety, Gym&Go users are informed that access and use of sports equipment are carried out at their own risk.
8.2 Users are required to comply with all usage instructions, safety norms, and internal rules of the facility.
8.3 Gym&Go provides an organizational and technical framework compliant with legal requirements to prevent risks and protect users’ health. However, Gym&Go cannot be held liable for accidents or incidents resulting from improper equipment use, failure to follow instructions, unsuitable physical condition, or any other causes directly attributable to the user.
8.4 Each user is obliged to use the equipment correctly and behave responsibly for their own safety and that of others. Any incident or accident occurring within Gym&Go premises must be reported immediately to the facility management.
8.5 Gym&Go accepts no liability for bodily injuries or other damages suffered by users during activities conducted on its premises; these are solely the responsibility of the individual involved.
8.6 For user safety, Gym&Go offers free training sessions on the correct use of the equipment, conducted by specialized staff. Registration for these sessions is required and subject to availability.
8.7 Any damage, malfunction, or incident related to the equipment must be reported immediately to Gym&Go.
8.8 Theft or intentional damage of property is strictly prohibited and punishable under the law.
9.1 Simultaneous access for more than one person inside Gym&Go is permitted exclusively for holders of valid Double or Duo packages purchased through the official platform.
9.2 Any attempt at unauthorized group access (more than 2 persons without a valid package) will result in immediate account blocking and cancellation of reservations.
10.1 In accordance with Art. 5 para. (4) of Law 333/2003 and EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), CCTV-monitored areas are limited to the entrance lobby for access verification and property security.
10.2 Installing cameras in training rooms, locker rooms, or other intimate spaces is strictly prohibited.
10.3 Video data is used exclusively for incident prevention, identity verification, and enforcing the regulations and is stored for a maximum of 30 calendar days, after which it is automatically deleted.
11.1 At the end of each day, Gym&Go staff will collect any personal items left behind or abandoned on the premises.
11.2 These items will be stored in the designated Lost and Found section.
11.3 Found items will be kept for a maximum of 30 calendar days, during which owners can claim them by providing a clear description and/or proof of ownership.
11.4 After this period, unclaimed items will be considered abandoned, and Gym&Go reserves the right to dispose of them without obligation of return.
11.5 Gym&Go assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left on the premises and recommends members refrain from bringing valuables and use the secured storage spaces provided.
